Live a Life you Love

This isn’t where I thought I’d be
Whether you’re struggling in your relationships, feeling overwhelmed, or coming to the realization that the effects of trauma are keeping you from living fully - this isn’t how you thought your life would be unfolding.

We believe it starts with understanding yourself. When you know who you truly are and what you need – you can communicate those needs clearly, set healthy boundaries, and create the life you want.

We can figure it out together!

Every heart and every home has its own unique picture of a happy, meaningful life. We are here to help individuals and families along their path by creating tailored plans to help you make your life the best it can be!

We are considered out of network providers with insurance. If you are curious about using your out of network benefits, you can check your benefits below.

We are not a Medicaid provider and cannot work with you if you have Medicaid benefits.

We have partnered with Mentaya to help you save money on therapy. Submitting superbills to insurance can be confusing, so if you have out of network benefits, Mentaya will handle everything with insurance to make sure you get your money back. They only charge a 5% fee per claim and have helped people get thousands of dollars back per year.

You can check your out of network benefits here: https://app.mentaya.com/public/practices/pPR1f1JS6sgI2P3Q1Gpu/eligibility?p=VIlSgs3EyGpphm3Q7hiN
