Provider Types

This is a group practice with multiple providers, including:

  • Clinical Social Work/Therapists

I specialize in helping women overcome anxiety and depression so that they can enjoy life's milestones such as graduating college, first career job, marriage, and having children. When anxious or depressed, these milestones are met with extreme fear or feelings of just "meh". You wonder when things got this way, as you didn't always feel hopeless or have an extreme fear of being judged. Your family and friends have noticed this change as you do not hang out with them as much and seem to have lost your joy. You don't have to feel this way forever.

Imagine being relaxed while in public, wanting to hang out with loved ones, and being excited about your future. I work with women in their 20's and 30's that are entering a new phase of their life (i.e. college, career, relationship) and experience anxiety and depression.
