I get excited about working with people who are ready to change their lives. I like going in to those shadowy places together and excavating. I also feel honored to hold a container for people to process pain and shadow parts of
themselves in order to transmute or alchemize the energies in to resilience and strength. I am about sticking with people in their process until they feel completely seen, understood, and held. And then, when they are ready, transforming lessons learned into inner knowing and empowerment.
I want to acknowledge that as a white, middle-aged, cisgender female, I have a certain set of experiences and privileges that others may not. I strive to show up with a humble, open-heart and mind. I own that I will be learning and improving my entire life. And I am humbled to be in a career where people trust me with their innermost world.
