These feelings are very common and there are so many people like you who are suffering in silence. I am here to listen and help you explore your feelings and emotions and feel more in control. Asking for help can be hard and by reading this you are taking the first step. I will provide a confidential, non-judgmental, and collaborative environment for you to explore your stressors and work towards making your college experience the most meaningful for you.
