I enjoy putting knowledge into practice and helping apply it to everyday behavioral changes. I can support you in healing old wounds and transforming patterns that lead us to feel stuck, overwhelmed, or depleted. I utilize cognitive-behavioral methods, acceptance and commitment therapy and EMDR - eye movement desensitization and reprocessing.
