We help college student navigate anxiety, depression and trauma through creative and evidence-based therapy.

WHO WE ARE

We are a group of Licensed Art therapists who will teach you actionable steps to help you increase resilience! We specialize in blending creativity with mindfulness AND verbal therapy to effectively address anxiety, worry, depression, trauma, and life transitions.

OUR QUALIFICATIONS:

Our therapists hold various combinations of the following credentials & trainings:
-Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP)
-Registered Art Therapist (ATR)
-Board Certified Art Therapist (ATR-BC)
-Licensed Creative Arts Therapist (LCAT)
-Therapists Trained in Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT)
-Therapists Trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
-Therapists Trained in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)

INSURANCE:

If you have out-of-network benefits, we can bill the following insurance carriers directly for you (we can check your out-of-network benefits for you). After you meet your deductible, you will only be responsible for a copay / coinsurance. Clients are offered a payment plan until they meet their deductible. *We do not accept HMO, Medicaid or Medicare at this time.

We Accept: AETNA, AETNA STUDENT Health, MERITAIN Health, CIGNA, WELLFLEET, CHP, UNITED, OXFORD, UMR and PHCS Multiplan

PRIVATE PAY:

$165-$250/ session (depending on the provider. Sliding Scale offered)!
