Clinical Social Work/Therapist, LCSW
Last Updated 30+ days ago

Eli’s devotion in the field of therapy is working with pre-teens, teenagers, and young adults living with the feelings of depression, anxiety, and suicide. Eli has successfully worked with hundreds of clients in creating a life worth living. Clients have accomplished this through Eli’s use of CBT, DBT, EFT, mindfulness & meditation, exposure, and understanding that the therapy relationship is a key factor in a positive therapy experience.
Therapy with me is a relationship based experience. The collaborative approach that I use in therapy encourages a relationship built on honesty, trust, mutual respect, and care. These underlying ideas, in combination with therapeutic ideologies, provide the foundation for successful outcomes.
It takes strength, not weakness, to reach out for help.
