Sierra Wellbeing PLLC

Pre-Licensed Professional
Last Updated Today

I graduated with my MSW and a certificate in trauma from Simmons University. My main areas of focus include trauma, anxiety, ADHD, and life changes. I have a background working with children and families with intense traumatic experiences. I take pride in working alongside children and young adults to give them the skills they need to learn and grow. I utilize a variety of interventions, including TF-CBT, attachment theory, mindfulness, somatic process, active listening, motivational interviewing, grounding, and psycho-education.
I believe in meeting every client where they are and going the extra mile to build strong and trusting relationships. I am dedicated to individualized, client-driven therapy, recognizing that every person is different and moves through the world uniquely. I strive to work collaboratively with each client to address their specific wants and needs.
Living in this world can be challenging, and my goal is to help clients find their own ways to make it easier. I work alongside them, letting them guide the direction of therapy. I am dedicated to creating a strong therapeutic relationship and invite clients to schedule a consultation to see if I am a good fit or to inquire further about my services.
