You might be feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected. Therapy can be a space to reflect on these experiences and shift from patterns that no longer feel helpful. I see therapy as a collaborative process where we make sense of your story together, with the goal of helping you feel more grounded, connected, and aligned in your life. My style is warm and empathic. I hope to create a space where you feel safe to show up as your authentic self. I use an integrative approach, drawing from a relational psychodynamic framework, exploring how past experiences and relationships shape the present.
