I work with college students, young adults, mid-career professionals, and all the life transitions in between. I specialize in areas of anxiety, depression, eating disorders, relationships, and career changes.

My aim in therapy is to help you find a more empowered life with a firmer understanding of yourself and confidence from the therapy tools you’ve gained. My approach pulls from research proven, evidence-based treatments combined with a warm and collaborative style. We will help you to gain useful insights and specific skills to manage your concerns.
