The transition to college is both exciting and challenging for families and students and I support students as they adjust to new routines. I work with students to develop strategies for connecting and forming positive relationships, and build tools for engaging with faculty and supportive campus resources. Examples of services provided:
Identifying needs and understanding feelings
Developing positive relationships and healthy boundaries
Balancing academics, extracurricular activities, and the rest of life
Building self-esteem and a sense of identity
Coping with perfectionism and impostor phenomenon
