Our approaches include strength based therapy, cognitive behavior therapies, creative approaches, EMDR, motivational interviewing, animal assisted interventions, and person centered approaches.
We have experiences with young adults and adults with anxiety, depression, panic disorder, substance use, gender identity, grief, relationship issues, life transitions, and dual diagnosis.
Currently accepting BCBS and self pay clients.
