Clinical Social Work/Therapist, MSW, LCSW, ADHD-CCSP
Accepting clients Last Updated 18 days ago

I have a lot of experience working with college students. I have been practicing for 10 years. I utilize different methods to help you achieve your goals including CBT(Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), ACT(Acceptance And Commitment Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), CPT (Cognitive Processing Therapy), and Gottman Method for couples. My approach is person centered, humanistic, and solution focused. While experienced with many issues such as anxiety and depression, I am further specialized in ADHD, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, and relationship challenges.
