I'm a licensed marriage and family therapist and licensed professional clinical counselor with IPW Health, offering therapy by telehealth for college students and young adults in California. I help students working through anxiety, OCD, depression, relationship challenges and academic pressure, using structured, evidence-based approaches that build real skills.
Sessions are by video, so therapy fits around your class schedule. If medication could help, I coordinate closely with IPW Health's psychiatric nurse practitioners so your care stays connected. We accept Aetna, Anthem, Blue Shield of California, Cigna, Oscar and UnitedHealthcare, plus self-pay.
