Hi! I’m Megan. I remember college being a lot of things - fun, exciting, but also hard and lonely at times. It took time to adjust to living more independently and learning how to live with others, balance classes, work/career choices, friendships and relationships. It can be a lot to navigate… on top of everything else you may have going on!

I support clients who are going through, or are adjusting to a life transition. Maybe you find yourself struggling to thrive in your relationships (with family, friends, or romantic relationships). Perhaps you're experiencing symptoms of anxiety or perfectionism, or balancing your expectations with reality. You may be in a position of feeling "stuck" without a clear idea of how to move forward.

In the therapy setting, I value getting to know you and the experiences, people, and systems that have contributed to your life and how you experience the world. College is a great time to learn more about yourself and I’m here to help you cope and move from feeling stuck to thriving! I’d be delighted to be a witness to your life story and support you from a place of openness and compassion.

I invite you to reach out by phone or email so we can chat more about how I can best support you!
