My main areas of focus are working with those who are struggling with anxiety, depression, anger management, self-esteem, codependency, gender identity, emotional regulation, ADHD, Autism, and relationship issues.
I use a lot of psychoeducation to help you build yourself a toolbox of resources to help you get through the demands of college courses. Talk therapy to empower my clients and help them learn why they are experiencing whatever it is that they are experiencing.
