Do you feel like you're taking care of everyone else in your life? Maybe it's time to work with someone who can hold space for you. I work with a range of clients who feel stuck, lost, unmotivated, or anxious, and I specialize in helping clients navigate major life changes (including quarter-life crises), work through imposter syndrome, and engage in self-exploration.

I am a holistic practitioner trained in a variety of modalities, but I most often draw from Somatic Experiencing and psychodynamic therapy techniques. As a former educator, college counselor, and therapist in a college wellness center, I am well-versed in how challenging the transition to college can be. Whether you are working towards your bachelor's, master's, or doctoral degree, managing competing priorities can be challenging and incredibly stressful. My aim is to help you start feeling more like yourself.
