I specialize in working with individuals who may be struggling with performance, anxiety and panic, life and faith transitions, sexual and gender identity, disordered eating, medical issues, depression, and relationship concerns. I also work with clients struggling with ADHD or OCD. I have experience working with clients individually, as couples, and in families. My recent experience with athletes and as a professor of a course in performance psychology allows me to apply that knowledge when working with a diverse array of individuals; not only athletes, but also those working in occupations that demand high levels of performance.
Let’s be real — asking for help feels hard. We’ve been taught that being the “strong one” means doing it all alone. That needing support somehow makes us weak, messy, or not put-together enough. Whether it’s from family, culture, or social media… the pressure to look like you’ve got it all figured out is exhausting. But here’s the truth: asking for help is a power move. It means you’re self-aware enough to know when something's off — and brave enough to do something about it. Healing doesn’t make you broken. It makes you real. It makes you whole. As your therapist, I’m not here to “fix” you — I’m here to help you find yourself again. Together, we’ll unpack what’s been heavy, rewire some patterns, and create space for you to breathe, grow, and show up as her — the version of you that’s confident, grounded, emotionally free, and fully in her power. Struggling with anxiety or overthinking? Tired of toxic relationships or feeling like you’re never enough? Burning out trying to keep it all together? It’s time to choose you. Not the perfect version. Not the polished mask. The real you — in progress, healing, and glowing. Let’s do the inner work, set the boundaries, and walk in purpose. Because the goal isn’t perfection. It’s progress.
I specialize in seeing young people: adolescents, college students/young adults. My work generally addresses mood, identity, social-emotional, behavioral, and organizational concerns. Developing a trusting therapeutic relationship is essential to therapy and I will work with you to identify your concerns. I incorporate a problem-solving, supportive approach to help clients process, while utilizing evidence-based therapy interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness, and solution-focused techniques.
I am a doctoral-level Licensed Clinical Psychologist with over 13 years of experience providing quality individual psychotherapy to adults. My goal is to work collaboratively with you to effectively deepen your understanding of your struggles, alleviate emotional distress, and increase your overall well-being. My areas of expertise include but are not limited to depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, and underdeveloped self-worth. I strive to thoughtfully and flexibly integrate a variety of techniques and treatment approaches, according to the particular needs and strengths of each individual. As an experienced and dedicated clinician, I value the opportunity to join patients in the process of reaching their therapeutic goals. My objective is to assist you in expanding insight into the self so that you're equipped to effectively manage difficult emotions, modify problematic behaviors, and fulfill individual needs. I offer a warm, supportive, safe, and respectful environment in which those of any identity and from all cultures/backgrounds are welcome. And in my hope of making therapy more accessible to all, I accept all insurance plans on an out-of-network basis and I will gladly confirm your benefits and submit all claims on your behalf.
The cycle of perfectionism and food struggles leaves us feeling invisible, anxious, unworthy, and like an outsider in our own lives. If you’re tired of the constant pressure to prove your worth through your appearance or achievements, I’m here to help you find a way back to yourself. I'm currently a Clinical Mental Health Counseling intern at Grand Canyon University and an aspiring therapist deeply committed to guiding clients toward holistic healing—body, mind, and spirit. As an intern, I provide low-cost therapy to help you access the care you need. I specialize in working with adolescents, young adults, and women & men in midlife struggling with eating disorders, relentless perfectionism, anxiety & the persistent feeling of not being good enough. Clients come to me looking for a therapist who truly gets the exhausting weight of trying to belong while hiding behind a polished exterior. I've been there. Therapy should be a place where you feel deeply seen and safely challenged. Sessions with me are a blend of compassionate exploration and authentic connection, designed to help you dismantle the need for perfection and reclaim your sense of worth. Feel free to reach out for a free 15-minute call or text to set up an appointment! Other availiability discussed upon request.
I specialize in working with the gifted, although I am not limited to that. I use psycho dynamic psychotherapy.
What would it look for you to live a life that more closely aligns with your values and potential? Sometimes we find ourselves feeling stuck as we repeat the same self-defeating thoughts and behaviors. We try to cope with the stresses of life, but our coping mechanisms just don't seem to work anymore. Let's face it: life can be really hard at times. But with the help of others, we can take steps towards becoming the people we were created to be. As a therapist, I create a warm environment to help you achieve your goals. I work with adults and adolescents who struggle with addiction, depression, and anxiety, as well as those who are simply adjusting to challenging life circumstances and events (i.e., a global pandemic, the loss of a loved one, moving to a new city). In all of these cases, I believe that change and healing take place in the context of relationships with other people, and I would consider it a privilege to cultivate a therapeutic relationship with you as you take steps towards living into your values and potential.
