We all need someone to talk to at times, and I have dedicated my career to being that person for others. As a LCSW, I have over 6 years of experience. I enjoy working with teens and young adults to help with problems adjusting to life’s changes, relationship issues, unhealthy boundaries with family, friends and/or others, and poor self-esteem and self-worth. One of my aims is to build a compassionate and relaxed environment for clients to open up and collaborate to realize and accomplish goals. A large part of my practice has been in the treatment of grief and loss, trauma and healing, anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges. We will work using different techniques such as, CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing. I like to build on strengths that patients already possess but may not see. My style is laid back and client centered. I have a strong sense of compassion and commitment to helping others and understand that, for some, beginning counseling may be a difficult decision. I will meet you where you are to get you where you want to be. Let’s work together to improve life and start thriving!
Welcome! My name is Kasey Wiggam and I'm an LCSW operating in-person on Indy's North-Side & virtually to all of IN and FL. My goal is to assist teens, young adults, women, and the LGBTQ+ community in pursuing self-healing. I want to support you in building healthier relationships, finding school-life balance, and working through whatever struggles brought you to this point! We will work together to get you to a place where you are able to recognize and cope with the burdens of anxiety, life transitions, depression, burnout, relationships, self-harm/suicidal ideation and the long term effects of trauma and sexual assault. Every client is unique and deserves a tailored approach to reflect that! I combine various therapy modalities such as brainspotting, trauma-focused CBT, relational therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and attachment styles to suit your needs and journey. I live for seeing others work through what's been holding them back. I enjoy helping people bring change to what they're most ashamed of or scared to work through. I have a knack for genuinely connecting with those that I work with, so it feels like you are talking to a real person, who not only "gets" you – but who truly sees you. Reach out today!

Hello! I am Dr. Ashleigh Woods. I enjoy providing effective, quality mental health care to individuals and their families. The foundation of my practice rests on building meaningful connections with patients by valuing each person's unique experiences and goals. In therapy, I work with my patients to create an open and nonjudgmental space for them to explore their concerns. I am confident I can help you find your possibilities within life's limitations. I hope you take some time to read more about the services I offer. Please feel free to contact me with any questions you may have. NOTE: Please see my website for rates. I received my Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) degree in Clinical Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in 2011. I have trained and practiced in a variety of clinical settings including private practice, university counseling centers, inpatient settings, residential/intensive outpatient treatment settings, and community mental health. I serve as President for the Indiana Society for Psychoanalytic Thought (ISPT), local Division 39 (Psychoanalysis) of APA. I also serve as Practice Committee Chair and Board Member for the Indiana Psychological Association's (IPA) Practice Committee. I teach in Christian Theological Seminary's M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling program.
I work best with students who are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or trying to make sense of a lot of emotions at once. You might be navigating big transitions, relationship stress, academic pressure, or feeling unsure about who you are or what comes next. Sometimes everything looks “fine” on the outside, but internally it feels heavy or hard to manage. The students I work with are often thoughtful and self-aware, but may feel stuck, overthinking, or emotionally drained. They’re looking for a space where they can slow down, understand what they’re feeling, and learn how to manage stress in a way that actually works for them. If you’re open to exploring your experiences, building emotional awareness, and finding more balance and clarity, we would likely be a good fit.
I believe it is important to feel valued, respected, connected, accepted, and listened to. This belief drives me to cultivate a safe collaboration space for those who are ready to make meaningful changes in their lives. My hope is together we will develop a cohesive relationship and a safe space where you are able to find new possibilities and solutions that fit you.

Is shame preventing you from fully experiencing life? Do you keep falling into unhealthy relationship patterns? Are you feeling overwhelmed or having difficulty adjusting to changes in your life? If these questions resonate with you, I am ready to walk with you along your healing journey. I utilize a variety of approaches, including EMDR, Trauma Focused CBT, Motivational Interviewing and psychoeducation. I very much enjoy working with young adults and specialize in adjustment/life transitions, relationship concerns, perfectionism, adult children of alcoholics, family of origin issues, shame, trauma, and codependency. I promote self-discovery, which includes not only identifying problematic patterns and obstacles, but also exploring strengths and evidence of resiliency. In addition to my professional training, my own personal experiences have equipped me with compassion, empathy, and a desire to help others feel empowered as they pursue the life they desire.
While college presents many exciting opportunities, it can also be a challenging time in your life. Maybe you're feeling the weight of academic pressures, wrestling through new ideas and realizations about the world, or navigating social life in a new way - maybe a combination of all of the above! You don't have to navigate these experiences alone. I offer an environment that is both compassionate and empowering, to walk alongside you in your pursuit of growth and healing. I offer counseling in-office, through telehealth, and in outdoor-settings. If the traditional office setting isn't for you, we can meet while on a hiking trail or on a walking path. We'll work together to meet your needs, in helping you reach your goals through the use of evidence-based practices, such as mindfulness and cognitive behavioral therapy, and a trauma-informed, LGBTQ+ affirming, and trusting relationship.
I do individual counseling with individuals who have mental health and or substance abuse or addiction issues.
The therapists at IPCI have a passion for working with clients to help them both cope better in the present as well as to explore, and work through, the underlying factors that fuel and perpetuate recurring problems like anxiety, depression, and relationship troubles. Many of our therapists have additional training in trauma work, including EMDR. Dr. Hanzlik is one of the few AASECT-Certified Sex Therapists in Indiana, and has trained other IPCI therapists to provide effective treatment and a specialization in helping patients work through sexual concerns. We also provide psychological evaluation to clarify diagnoses and provide recommendations for accommodations in academic settings.
