I am a Clinical Psychologist and a psychoanalyst, specializing in work with individuals suffering from mood disorders, addiction, trauma, and identity issues. I have a sensitivity for the dilemmas of young adults as they struggle to find "true self" expression integrated with the demands for compromise and conformity they face, both externally and internally. My early career in the NICU as a registered nurse shaped my understanding of trauma, stress, and the long-term psychological impact of medical and life events on patients and families. This led me to pursue specialized training in psychiatric mental health, with a focus on supporting women, trauma-related conditions, and mood and anxiety disorders. I have extensive experience diagnosing and treating a wide spectrum of conditions, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, and complex mood disorders. Throughout my practice, I've developed a strong focus and success in supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, and ADHD. I'm also deeply passionate about women’s mental health, helping patients navigate unique life transitions, hormonal shifts, and the intersecting challenges that impact women's well-being. My approach is centered on empowering patients with practical tools and compassionate insights to foster resilience and meaningful growth. My therapeutic framework is grounded in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), allowing me to provide patients with concrete, evidence-based tools to manage symptoms of anxiety, depression, and executive dysfunction. In addition to CBT, I draw from a wide range of therapeutic modalities to ensure care is collaborative and dynamic. Recognizing that every individual’s journey is unique, I take an integrative and whole-body approach to care. By blending evidence-based modalities like CBT with other person-centered techniques, I'm able to tailor my therapeutic style to match each person's specific goals, strengths, and lifestyle. My hope for every patient is that you feel deeply heard, validated, and empowered in your care. In our sessions, you aren't just a diagnosis; you're a whole person. Together, we'll combine advanced clinical expertise with a compassionate, tailored approach to help you achieve lasting wellness and peace of mind. My hope for you is not just symptom management, but true flourishing. I'm most passionate about the transformative healing journey that begins when a patient feels fully heard and understood. My clinical approach is rooted in exploring a person's complete history and past traumas to understand the 'why' behind their current challenges. By getting to the root of these issues, I'm able to provide targeted care. I find it incredibly rewarding to guide patients through this comprehensive healing process, partnering with them to build a foundation for long-term peace and wellness.

Hi, I’m Eva, a licensed mental health counselor and owner of Rooted Behavioral Health & Wellness in Massachusetts. I work with adolescents and young adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck or like their thoughts have taken over. I draw from evidence-based therapies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) while also keeping sessions real and engaging—because sometimes a little humor can make hard things feel more manageable. Together, we'll take small steps, challenge old patterns, and move forward in ways that once felt impossible. I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can be real, feel understood, and actually learn tools that make a difference in your everyday life.
My name is Priscilla, and I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I enjoy working with students who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of what’s going on beneath the surface. Many of the students I see struggle with anxiety, depression, burnout, ADHD, or are exploring whether they may be autistic. You might overthink, procrastinate, feel constantly behind, experience sensory overload, or wonder why things seem harder than they should. My approach is collaborative and practical. We focus on understanding how your brain works and creating a plan that fits your life. That may include medication when appropriate, but we also talk about sleep, nutrition, vitamins, and other non-medication strategies that support your mental health as a whole.
Hi there! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Registerd Drama Therapist who has been practicing in community-based mental health for 3 years with additional work completed in inpatient hospital and school-based settings. Throughout my time in mental health, my main focus has been working with individuals across the lifespan who have experienced trauma and ruptures to sense of self, as well as those with a history or current relationship to navigating suicidal ideation or self-harm. My approach to therapy is collaborative, creative, and compassionate with an emphasis on expressive and integrative, person-centered modalities. I combine techniques like Play Therapy, Drama Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and traditional talk therapy to help you heal from past experiences, develop new coping skills, and increase your understanding of yourself. Starting at our first call, you will be in the driver's seat! I strive to foster a warm, welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing while secure enough to honor your needs. From there, we’ll co-create a space that aligns with moving toward your goals!
My ideal client is someone who is ready and motivated to dive in head first into their healing journey. Someone who knows they have their “stuff” but really wants to explore where it all stems from. I love working with those clients who just trying to figure it all out in this life (I see you, Millennials) and who are navigating the transitions and curveballs that can be thrown our way. I love meeting the client where they’re at to begin with, but don’t be surprised when I push you a little bit. I’ve been told that I have a really great way of understanding mental health, but I’m also known not to sugar coat the realities. I am trained in EMDR (A trauma processing modality using eye movements) and other trauma informed care models to explore the aspects of our past and handle the bigger emotions that could come along with that. Being real and relatable is very important to me in my sessions as the therapist/client connection is what will drive this boat. As your therapist, I can promise to provide you the tools to step outside of your own head and connect the dots that answer the question of “Why am I the way that I am”? Therapy is not always easy and we need to be honest with ourselves with what’s holding us back, but I can promise to provide positive vibes and great support every single time we meet.
Welcome! I believe that a meaningful therapeutic relationship begins with trust and a genuine connection between client and therapist. I understand that starting therapy can feel overwhelming, and my goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, supported, and able to work through challenges at a pace that feels right for you. In my practice, I specialize in working with college and graduate students, as well as with women’s issues, helping individuals navigate the unique stressors and transitions they face. Whether you’re dealing with academic pressures, relationship concerns, or the complexities of identity and personal growth, I offer a collaborative and integrative approach tailored to your individual needs. My work is informed by relational, psychodynamic, and cognitive-behavioral approaches. My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, life transitions, academic and career stress, relationship concerns, family conflict, and self-esteem. If you’re considering therapy, I encourage you to reach out— I’d love to support you as you navigate this chapter of your life.
