My path to becoming a therapist started at St. Francis's College Counseling Center, where I worked as a student counselor. This experience taught me the value of providing empathetic and strength-based care for emerging and older adults alike. Now, I remain committed to bringing a grounding and calming presence to each session, along with a deep respect for every person’s unique lived experience. In my free time I often enjoy calming activities that keep me grounded. These include going for long walks, reading, thrifting, visiting museums, and junk journaling.
