I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with nearly 10 years of experience supporting adolescents and young adults in a clinical setting. I hope to utilize my experience and expertise to guide clients along the path to well balanced and healthy lives!
When we are changing and growing, we can often feel anxious, overwhelmed, disoriented or uncertain. It is possible to move through the discomfort and regain our sense of empowerment. Experiences in our past can show up in our present relationships, mood, behavior and worldview. Counseling may include a combination of experiential, EMDR, mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy. I utilize evidence based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure & Response Prevention (ERP) and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT). As a clinician, I aim to create a collaborative, non judgmental, and supportive space where you can confront your fears, build resilience, and move toward a life that reflects your values—not your anxiety.
I am an University of Tennessee MSSW Intern under the supervision of Toni Kelly. I work with individuals who are experiencing anxiety, depression, identity issues, and life transitions.
